A private family based in Montecito seeks to engage a second Nanny commencing in the upcoming summer (or earlier for the right candidate).
Our agency successfully placed the family’s primary Nanny approximately two and a half years ago; due to the children’s evolving needs, the principals now wish to appoint an additional professional to complement the existing staffing structure.
The role will typically involve three working days per week, with flexibility to cover extended periods when required (for example during leave, travel, or scheduling adjustments of the primary Nanny). The family may also consider a one-week-on / one-week-off rotation for a suitable candidate.⸻
