We are offering a structured internship providing hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of elite private household recruitment. The role is ideal for candidates interested in hospitality management, human resources or luxury service industries.
Position Overview
During this internship, you will support Sebastian Hirsch in identifying, evaluating and placing candidates for private households across Europe, the United States and other international locations. You will gain practical insight into discreet recruitment processes, client communication standards and candidate assessment within the UHNW sector.

Key Responsibilities
♦ Building a candidate pool of private service professionals using social networks
♦ Being proactive on the phone and open to speaking to candidates and clients of all seniorities
♦ Writing job descriptions to attract suitable candidates
♦ Directly headhunting candidates
♦ Assist in sourcing candidates for private households (butlers, nannies, housekeepers, chefs, assistants)
♦ Maintain and update candidate records and confidential personnel files
♦ Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews
♦ Support the coordination of interviews, trials and placement logistics
♦ Prepare candidate profiles and presentation dossiers for clients
♦ Assist with onboarding documentation and employment agreements
♦ Respond to candidate enquiries and provide professional guidance
♦ Support ongoing placements and post-placement follow-up
