Helena has worked with top chefs such as Tom Aikens, Herbert Berger, Lee Streeton, and Mark Hix both here in the UK and overseas.
Helena’s unique ability to interpret and create a variety of dishes enables us to offer you an extremely high standard of food with the option for you to enjoy a range of styles from rustic country food; traditional homely cooking, to the apex of fine dining. We believe that food should be sourced locally and ethically where at all possible.
Helena’s ability in the kitchen is complemented by Alastair’s experience in serving at clients table and general adaptability within the house to meet your requirements. Alastair completed his degree then gained 5 years experience in 5* private households covering roles from managing, service, chauffeuring and maintenance.
We met whilst working in a large 5 star ski lodge in Davos Switzerland and have since then built up a great partnership, catering and serving a wide range of clients needs. We have catered for celebrities as well as Heads of State. We especially enjoy looking after large families and their friends.
