This is a rare long-term position, as the previous employee remained with the Principals for 11 years—a true testament to the exceptional working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Housekeeping to the highest standards
- Preparing delicious daily meals
- Personal Assistant duties for the Principals
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the household and yacht
Assistance with off-site accommodation will be provided.
The yacht is primarily based in Naples, Florida.

Requirements:
✅ Previous experience as a Yacht Steward or Stewardess, or in a similar private household position
✅ Outstanding organisational and communication skills
✅ Professional, discreet and service-oriented approach
✅ Must be a U.S. citizen or have unrestricted legal authorisation to work in the United States
