Our VIP client in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is searching for a permanent/full-time traveling female personal assistant/house manager. The PA / House Manager will be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and traveling with the client a lot throughout the year.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Paying bills
- Arranging travel
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing calendar
- Ensuring household staff are working efficiently
- Assisting with administrative duties (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Assisting with packing for travel
This person will need to be professional and be able to simplify the client´s life due to her extensive responsibilities. Great organizational skills and high energy are necessary.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of PA experience
- English speaker
- Flexible
- Discreet and trustworthy
- Above and beyond attitude
- Attention to detail
- Start as soon as possible.
