An experienced private chef is required for a large private residence in Vienna, Austria.
Our client would like to hire a Chef to join their formal staff (security personnel, butler/house manager and housekeepers).
The chef will be on duty 7 days straight (usually from 12-8 pm) with the couple on a rotation (1 week rhythm on & off).
This is an exciting role for highly qualified chef candidates who can create 5-star meals using cuisines from all over the world: Asian, Mediterranean, French Nouvelle, etc.
Taste, presentation and service are paramount.
The Chef will be responsible for:
Conducting a detailed inventory, ordering ingredients and supplies, planning menus, organising preferences/guests, and executing daily meals, usually for 2 persons.
Excellent rates of pay in the region of EURO 80k-95k gross per year and benefits for the right chef candidate!
