This is a position for an experienced private chef for a lovely client in Tribeca, NYC and Brickell/Miami, Florida.
The chef will be supporting an entrepreneurial couple without children.
At all times, our client will require a mix of lunch and dinner usually for 2 adults as well as breakfast items and healthy snacks that can be pre-prepped.
The family tries to eat organic as much as possible, and their focus is healthy with lots of vegetables and limited meat.
RESIDENCE:
Each condos at 2500 sf, one in Tribeca NYC and the other in Brickell/Miami FL.
OTHER STAFF: Personal Assistant, Butler, Chauffeur/Allrounder
DUTIES:
• Menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation and service.
• Must be a good chef
• Assist with event planning as requested
• Assist with other reasonable errand requests of the Employer
HOURS OF SERVICE:
• The work schedule will be so many weeks on and then so many weeks off.
For example, 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Work will be 24/7 when “on.”
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND CHARACTER REQUIREMENTS:
• Discretion and Confidentiality of family affairs
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a private chef
• High level of self-management expected
• Proficiency with household technology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer skills
• Detail oriented and self-directed.
• Courteous, discreet, honest, and responsible character.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the USA.
Salary and Compensation:
- $150,000 to $160,000 per year
