A passionate, hardworking chef with a broad knowledge of food, experience in international cuisine, but with a heart for modern French, organised, team player and a hands on manager.
Ben worked on Necker Island, British Virgin islands (Sir Richard Branson’s private island), which was fully booked throughout the year. The island is available for rent exclusively to one group of guests at a time for $56,000 per night. Ben catered for a maximum of 26 guests, providing for all their culinary needs. Themed lunches and fine dining dinners.
Ben has also worked on a busy 72 Metre 450,000 Euro a week charter yacht. Exceeding guest expectations, sourcing and producing the highest quality food. 32 crew, 10/12 guests on charter.
Before working on a yacht Ben was the Chef/Manager in in an exclusive private chalet – Chalet le petit ours. Belvedere chalets, which was fully booked throughout the season to high profile guests. Working as a team to see that the guests have an amazing stay.
