An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly capable and discreet Houseman / Driver / Handyman to support a private principal across two prestigious residences in Naples and Palm Beach, Florida.
This is a full-time, five-day-per-week position, with responsibilities shared between both properties (typically 2–3 days per residence, on a rotating schedule).
Key Responsibilities
• Undertaking a broad range of hands-on duties, including heavy indoor and outdoor cleaning, routine property maintenance, and general upkeep
• Performing maintenance tasks such as filter changes, painting, landscaping, minor repairs, and light carpentry
• Managing outdoor areas, including gardening, weeding, and maintaining pathways and grounds
• Providing professional driving services for the principal and family members, including transport to appointments, meetings, and airports as required
• Overseeing the care, cleanliness, and maintenance of two vehicles
• Working closely with the principal, offering flexible, proactive support across a variety of ad hoc tasks
