You will be required to communicate regularly with the homeowners to ensure the home runs smoothly, and you may also be responsible for the performance of others. To that end, you will need exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
How you organise your daily duties will often be left up to you, so we will need to see evidence of your planning, organisational and troubleshooting skills. You will usually work with a great deal of autonomy, so you must be able to lead by example and work to a disciplined schedule without constant supervision.
