“Since 2012 I have been working for a CEO in Munich as a house manager and personal assistant. In this position my role was to manage all aspects of my principles private household and besides that, I assisted him in business matters.
I was in charge of the entire household and also cooked for him, particularly on special occasions, I cooked and served at the table. In addition, I was responsible for ensuring high standards of housekeeping, recruiting, training and supervision of the household staff and the coordination of the work schedules.
Moreover my duties included: development of household manuals, oversight of renovations, event planning, private errands and courier drives, organization of travel arrangements and luggage packing, caring for the employers wardrobe, purchase of food and supplies, construction and maintenance of the wine cellar, interior decorations. I was also in charge of the household money management. At times I took care for the two younger children of my principle. To look after the pets was also part of my daily tasks.
My principle will be relocating to South America this summer and therefore I am looking for a new long term position.
I am looking for a new role as house Manager/personal assistant within a private household, which suits my experience. My experience and education make me an ideal candidate for such a position. Besides that background, I graduated from a hotel management school. I am also a certified sommelier. That all gives me a profound knowledge of my profession. One of my biggest assets are my organisational skills. Furthermore my computer and administrative skills are excellent.
I am fluent in English, both written and spoken. I also speak French in a conversational level and have a basic knowledge of Italian and Spanish. My high degree of motivation has been appreciated by my previous employers. I am loyal and discreet, as well diplomatic and very service oriented. I am confident that the combination of my knowledge and experience would be a valuable asset to my next employer.
