Household Manager / Personal Assistant – Dubai, UAE

RESIDENCE:
Residence in Dubai, UAE (Palm Jumeirah).

OTHER HOUSEHOLD STAFF:
2 housekeepers

START DATE: as soon as the right person is identified

DUTIES:

Overall, the Household Manager / Personal Assistant is responsible for the oversight and hands on involvement in maintaining the smooth operation of the home which involves a variety of duties and tasks including:

• Coordination and Supervision of Housekeeper
• Shopping and errands
• Coordination and supervision of vendors and service providers
• Personal Assistant duties as required to assist the couple in a variety of ways
• Other duties as would compliment the position

QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTER SKETCH:

The candidate should be career oriented as a Household Manager / Personal Assistant. A professional private service background, calm demeanor, thoughtfulness and good organizational skills desired. Additional traits include:

• Quick, hard-working, warm, experienced, knowledgeable with a happy positive attitude
• Good manager of time.
• Detail-oriented, courteous, discreet, honest, and responsible character.
• Be well-groomed, physically able to perform the duties of the position.
• Non-smoking
• Able to sign and adhere to a confidentiality agreement
• Languages: English and ideally German as well

HOURS OF SERVICE:

The Household Manager / PA will generally be on duty for 5 days per week – 6 hrs a day with two consecutive days off.

COMPENSATION AND TERMS:

• EURO 5.000 to 7.500 per month (negotiable for the right candidate)
• Annual flight home
• Vacation – 30 days per year
• an apartment will be provided or an allowance for apartment
