The service standards are very high at the two hotels in Turkey. The right professional will have a passion to exceed guest expectations by orchestrating highly personalized and invisible service to bring about a unique guest experience.
Two Luxury Hotels in Antalya and Ankara, Turkey
The hotel in Ankara is primarily a business-oriented hotel with mostly Arab clientele of the ruling class (Qatar and Saudi), who make extensive use of the hotel’s top-notch facilities.
The second hotel in Antalya is an up-market vacation destination used mostly by Russians.
Main Responsibilities:
- To establish a full butler service at a hotel in Ankara and another property in Antalya
- To set up all systems, job descriptions, standards, training, etc.
A well-experienced head butler (full-time position) is sought to start as soon as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTER SKETCH:
The candidate should be a qualified head butler, career oriented and professional. Other factors include:
- Excellent and verifiable high level international Butler experience with familiarity of the hotel hospitality world
- Detail oriented and self-directed
- Be of good background and willing to submit to pre-employment background and security checks
Salary and benefits:
