An exciting new role has arisen for a skillful German-speaking Executive Assistant to join the Human Resources team of a Dusseldorf based family office.
It is a great opportunity for a German speaking candidate with strong administration/IT skills and excellent communication skills in German and English!
As a German-speaking executive assistant, you will provide excellent organization and administrative support.
Within your role you will be dealing with HR related issues, managing all employment queries, translating inquiries from German to English, reporting and maintaining the HR database and have excellent communication skills in German and English.
It is essential for you to have a proven administrative background with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
This position is offered as a permanent position in central Dusseldorf for someone with previous experience working as a Personal or Executive Assistant with outstanding administrative experience in an office environment.
Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant is desired
Excellent administrative skills are essential
Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast paced environment
