A warm, professional, and experienced Nanny is required for a UHNW family based in Gruenwald (Munich), Germany, with additional travel. This is a long-term role within a highly organised, fully staffed household.
Responsibilities
• Provide loving, structured, and age-appropriate care for three children (ages 7, 4, and 1).
• Support the children’s daily routines, well-being, and emotional development.
• Engage the children through creative, educational, and developmental activities.
• Confident driving is essential – you will accompany the children to tennis lessons and other activities.
• Travel with the family when required.
• Work alongside other household staff (housekeepers, security, butler) as part of a team.
Candidate Requirements
• Native-level English
• Safe and confident driver (family vehicle provided — SUV)
• Absolute non-smoker
• Legal eligibility to work in Germany
• Verifiable professional references essential
• Formal childcare qualification or strong professional experience as a nanny in private households.
• Warm, discreet, reliable, and highly professional.
• Team player with a positive, proactive approach.
• Ability to offer flexible support when the family travels
