A unique position has arisen for a mature, experienced, competent female F&B Manager with occasional travel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a five star service is delivered to the Principles whilst managing a team of kitchen & dining room staff.
Excellent knowledge of inventory management & maintenance of fine china, crystal, silverware, linens etc. is required.
Daily liaising with the Chefs ensuring imaginative, nutritious menus that are beautifully prepared and presented by knowledge confident staff. Deliver & develop regular training courses to maximize the education & service standards of staff. Excellent communication skills, discrete, polite, willingness to respond positively, calm and hands on approach are essentials.
A proven track record dealing with the organization of large banquets and special events from start to finish. The candidate will have worked in a formal residence or a five star hotel environment and preferable holds a hospitality degree.
Flexibility is imperative as travel is occasionally required to other properties to ensure the smooth running of the F&B area. The principle expects immaculate presentation and excellence in service and standards at all times.
