We are seeking a domestic couple/caretaker couple to work at an estate in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat in the South of France.
This is a full-time and year-round position. The property in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is our client’s holiday home with frequent visits during the spring and summer. During the winter months, the client (a German couple) usually does not spend any time at the estate in the South of France.
This is a wonderful position and would suit an experienced professional German-speaking and French or English-speaking couple used to managing the properties of ultra high net-worth individuals.
You will be required to help in the house, meet and greet VIP guests, help your partner serve the meals (informally), and generally be on hand for the guests.
Duties will include:
- Hands-on cleaning, laundry, and ironing to a high standard
- Cooking and dinner parties
- Front-of-house service
- Maintaining garden
- General household maintenance inside and outside
- Driving duties to include local errands
- Security of the house
Requirements:
• Must have previous experience working as a couple.
• Excellent housekeeping and cooking skills.
• Applicants should have a neat and polished appearance.
• Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• One person must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in France.
We are looking for candidates who already have previously worked as a domestic couple/caretaker couple in a similar position.
