Energetic, flexible, proactive, trustworthy and self-sufficient couple sought with international experience to manage multiple households in Gstaad (Switzerland), New York (USA) and London (UK).
The couple should cover the following roles between them: Chef, Driver, Household Manager, PA, Handyman.
Duties include: Managing all aspects of the houses including staff, staff schedules, systems and vendors, budgets, and laundry including delicate materials, garden, cars.
Training staff, packing & unpacking, running errands, shopping, flower arrangements, setting up dinner parties, cooking for family and dinner parties, driving family (and children), writing and maintain household manuals, silver service, general maintenance, coordinating travel schedules.
European passports or similar required, good English essential, French/German language a bonus. Travel required.
Staff accommodation in NY is a separate flat close to the home, in Gstaad and London accommodation is provided within the house on a separate floor – bedroom with own bathroom and use of staff kitchen.
The role is 6 days per week, 1 day off, some weekends required, hours/days will be longer when employer in residence and/or entertaining, 2 months off in the summer or TBD.
The family is ideally looking for a couple happy to commit long term for many years to come.
