We are looking for an experienced domestic couple for the second home of an entrepreneurial family in Kitzbühel (near Innsbruck), Austria.
No cooking is required as they usually have their own private chef travelling with them to their different residences.
Duties for him:
- Estate maintenance
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the Estate
- Responsible for mowing lawns, garden and patios around house
- Estate Maintenance and excellent knowledge about technical things such as smart home installations, alarm systems, security cameras etc.
- Oversee security of the estate
Housekeeper:
- Housekeeping
- Daily cleaning, dusting and polishing
- Washing, Ironing and Laundry
- Making Beds
- Preparing for arrival/departure of the family
PS: This is a very unique property in Kitzbühel (near Innsbruck), Austria. The property is a high-quality new building with very modern technology, consisting of a main house, guest house, a large caretaker’s house and an office chalet.
PPS: The difficulty lies in the fact that the property was built in a very complex way in terms of automation technology: House, swimming pool, energy, air conditioning, ventilation, heating and geothermal technology are operated by an individually controlled system. We are looking for someone who has a sound experience/education (e.g. electrician) or advanced experience in this area of “Smart Homes”.
Candidates requirements:
It would be desirable if the couple had a very good level of speaking German. Flexibility in duties and hours worked when the family is visiting the residence.
Accommodation:
A separate large house/property on the Estate will be provided for the couple.
Days/Hours of Work:
Both full-time and flexible when principals are in residence. Usually, 5 days a week with flexibility when the client/family are in residence.
Salary:
Excellent professional compensation package for the right couple.
The accommodation for the couple is of a very high standard.
