A lovely returning Client of BUTLER FOR YOU based in Mallorca, Spain, with additional residences in Austria and Germany, is seeking an experienced couple.

RESIDENCE DESCRIPTION:
- Large villa in Mallorca, Spain, with guest house and separate residence for the housekeeping couple.
Tasks will include:
- Being familiar with all mechanical, utility, electrical and electronic systems of the residence, including all VCR’s, TV’s, and all electrical, digital, mechanical, gas and other appliances, equipment or features of the residence
- Monitoring, maintenance, ordering, and/or preparation of flower or plant arrangements, coordinating with the gardener for all indoor and outdoor plants and their maintenance schedules, in such a manner as to maintain as much security and privacy as possible
- Evaluating, selecting and engaging outside contractors and tradespeople as well as coordinating them whenever their presence is required in the residence for any construction, repair, replacement, monitoring, and maintenance work
- Looking after the high-quality vehicle fleet is also an important part of the area of responsibility, as are errands and chauffeur services.
- Working with the employers’ advisory and other staff in all locations as needed in a collaborative, cooperative, professional and mature manner to implement policy as directed, and to coordinate travel and schedules
- Preparing budgets, reports, status reports, and maintaining in an organised fashion all other required administrative records and files as may be necessary
- Being proficient in and operating all required computer software applications and maintenance procedures, including accounting software, electronic mail or internet research using internet browsers, and data backup and restoration procedures
- Ideally, you should be experienced with air conditioning, heating, swimming pool, and safety control technology, be able to carry out small repairs yourself, and be capable of coordinating contractors and tradespeople.
Housekeeper – tasks will include:
- Laundry, ironing, and cleanliness
- Wardrobe management
- Care of fine furnishings and artworks
- Serving dinner on occasions
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have previous experience working as a couple.
• Excellent housekeeping skills.
• Applicants should have a neat and polished appearance.
• Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• The couple must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in Spain.
LANGUAGES:
- High-quality English or German and the ability to speak Spanish, at least a moderate level.
ACCOMMODATION:
The position includes the use of an independent, sea-facing house across the residence. It’s cosy and very private.
