A wonderful family in Long Beach, California is searching for a chauffeur/groundskeeper. The ideal candidate must have a clean driving record, patience, customer service, and professional ethos.
Candidate must be able to work 5 days a week with some weekends. The client will provide a service vehicle. Vehicle must be picked up and dropped off at the residence in Long Beach every day.
Candidate must be able to provide handyman services around the property. Candidate to wear appropriate, clean attire.
Responsibilities:
● Dropping off and picking up children to and from school
● Perform errands for clients, such as picking up packages, lunch, dry cleaning, etc.
● Vehicle maintenance: Test vehicle equipment, such as lights, breaks, horns, and
windshield wipers, to ensure proper operation
● Arrange to pick up client, family or guests on a schedule
● Provide client assistance while entering or exiting the vehicle
● Pick up clients at prearranged locations, [home, airports, or office]
● Care for family pets, including walking, veterinary appointments, etc.
● Home maintenance duties as needed by clients
● Maintain vendor relationships for the estate
● Provide security duties as needed
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● Must have a clean driving record
● Must know how to drive in the United States
● Must be proficient in English
● Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
● Well-organized and punctual
● Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
● Must maintain a highly professional, uniformed appearance
● Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
● Pass a background check
● Nonsmoker
Work schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week on a flexible schedule.
