This client (an elderly lady) in Phoenix, Arizona, is superb, and she deserves someone who will love her friendly, warm manner and do a great job as a professional butler.
You will assist our client in managing her household, including working with her and contractors on the current general home upgrades.
Key duties:
- Errands (as needed)
- Prepare Lunch and Snacks; Sometimes a Light Dinner
- Web Research Skills
- Dusting, Knick-Knacks, Pictures, Lampshades, Books/Bookcases
- Polishing Silver, Crystal-Ware, Mirrors
- Coffee/Tea – Prepare as requested
- Clothes Maintenance – Buttons, Mend Rips/Tears, Stains
- Assist with gardening
- Help coordinate and oversee contractors’ work
- Answer phones, take messages
- Chauffeur duties
- Help keep the client on time for appointments
- Help keep her on track to maintain her health & fitness
- Accompany the client as a companion when needed
You will be working in a lovely area of Phoenix. Neighbourhood amenities include desert mountain hiking trails, a world-class hospital, public transportation, dedicated bike lanes, boutiques, and multiple shopping options, all within a short walking distance. The climate in Phoenix, Arizona, is wonderful, and the sun shines 300 days a year. People are friendly.
Being a dog lover is essential! Looking after her dogs, two very friendly pomeranians, is a key part of the role. The butler is responsible for the dog’s food, walks, trips to the vets and regular baths and brushing.
Working hours are usually 40 hours per week between Monday and Friday. Flexibility is key.
