A gentle lady, with homes in New York and Los Angeles, needs to hire an experienced hands-on Butler / House Manager to oversee the maintenance and day-to-day operations of an Upper East Side apartment.
Must have extensive experience in private residences. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Table setting and service
- Guest reception
- Floral arrangements
- Working well with existing staff is paramount.
- Care for and maintain inventories of silverware, China, and linens.
- Assist in turndown and valet services.
Summers are more frequently spent at the Beverly Hills, Los Angeles residence where housing is provided as well as in the main residence in the Upper East Side, New York apartment.
The schedule is 5 days per week with days off usually on Mondays and Thursdays.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, will be legally authorized to work in the US, will drive and will have stellar professional references. Compensation: $130K – $150K plus benefits.
Start date: ASAP, but happy to wait for the right candidate!
