The employer is a single woman looking for a Butler / Household Manager to manage the following residences: A large waterfront residence in Naples, Florida and a 6,000 sq. ft. residence on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Our client is actively running a Family Office.
DUTIES:
- Overall the duty is to insure the smooth operation of the residences.
- Oversight of vendors as necessary.
- Make family and guests feel welcome and comfortable
- Keeping pantries stocked, anticipating needs and maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
- Meal planning and flower arranging
- Grocery shopping.
- Various errands.
- Car maintenance and upkeep.
- Maintain a strict security and confidentiality standard for the residences.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTER SKETCH:
- A professional private service background, calm demeanor and thoughtfulness.
- Related experience in a similar position- specifically experience working as a butler
- Experience in property management, culinary skills, serving skills
- Positive attitude
- Detail oriented
- Courteous, discreet, honest and responsible character.
- Be well groomed, non-drug user, physically able to perform the duties of the position
- Willing to submit to a full pre-employment check to verify background, good credit and valid drivers license
- Non smoking
- Able to sign and adhere to confidentiality agreement
HOURS OF SERVICE:
The basic schedule is 5 days per week generally Monday – Friday with flexibility.
COMPENSATION AND TERMS:
- Salary commensurate with experience, in line with current trends in the profession and salary history of the candidates (in the region of $130K to $160K per year)
