Experienced Butler To Join A Luxury 6* Hotel In Germany
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading and very prestigious hotel in Germany. We are searching for an experienced Butler to join one of the top leading hotels in Germany.
Reporting into the Butler Services and Housekeeping Manager we are looking to recruit a Butler to cater, deliver and exceed the guests’ needs and expectations and also to provide the highest levels of personalised five-star customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver consistently high levels of service excellence and ensure complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers
Meet, greet and escort guests to their suites introducing all hotel/room facilities and assisting with the packing /unpacking of luggage, e.g. clothing tiding up and laundry retrieving,
Effectively ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and that guest profiles are monitored and updated regularly
To work closely with housekeeping to ensure the cleanliness off all rooms prior to check in
To order, check and refresh all guest amenities in rooms
Communicate effectively with reception and departments alike regarding all guest requests, providing the relevant data and ensuring the correct follow up to guarantee guest satisfaction and a smooth operation
Constantly endeavour to exceed the guest experience by actively and positively monitoring and measuring all guest relations/interactions
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate for the position of Butler must have proven Butler experience.
Your customer service skills must be impeccable and your personal presentation the same.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual with a flamboyant personality and ready to go the extra mile.
Good leadership and teamwork skills are essential and the right candidate must have a very keen eye for detail, be proactive, hardworking and guest orientated.
Languages: fluency in both written and spoken German and English is essential
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Salary: negotiable (depending on experience)
