Latest Vacancy: Domestic Couple (Live In) For French Chateau sought

We are looking for a domestic couple (live in) for a chateau in France in a town 1 hour (100km) south of Paris. You would be joining an existing caretaker who presently takes care of the garden and installations. 
 
Your job would consist of making sure all the house components are well presented and working (sheets, beds, laundry, bulbs, lamps, heaters, electrical, etc..), cleaning the chateau, also making sure to solicit and supervise expert help (like plumbing, electrical, etc..) if needed. This is why it is important for at least one of you (preferably both of you) to speak french.
 
The other part of the job would be to care, occasionally cook, and service the owners when they visit (three days every two weeks approx, but longer on vacations), and take care of 2-3 horses and and a garden with a greenhouse. There could be other small misc jobs like painting, planting, or easy fixings both indoors and outdoors. 

Working Hours and free days:
 
- Max 8 hours per day when owners are in the property. 6 hours per day when not in.
 
- 1 1/2 free days per week plus 20 vacation days.
 
- Free days may not be taken when owners in the property, but can be accumulated and taken once they leave. (Normally owners visit 3 days every 2 weeks plus longer stays up to 2 weeks during some vacations) 
The premises have an outbuilding (approx 100m2) where the domestic couple will live in, with adequate services and heating.

Salary: Top salary for the right domestic couple.
