Butler/House Manager In Cap Ferrat, South Of France Required

Key Duties and Responsibilities (Job description):

To look after the house during the low season (October until May) and serving guests and principles during June until September. 

Must speak fluent French and English ( Russian language would be useful but is not essential), have experience in area around villa; French Riviera, Nice, Cap Ferrat, Monaco......
Experienced in Large Villa/ small hotel management, staff management, familiar with organisation of maintenance and general running of equipment (2 pools, sauna etc., lift, security apparatus and staff, cleaning and cooking staff, gardening staff, general management of property with 10 + beds and 13 Bathrooms.

Also needs to be able to handle liaison between architect and Owners concerning future renovation and alterations to the property. Living on site in separate apartment, making sure Villa is well maintained whilst owners or guest not present.

When Owners/Guests are present, preparing Villa for occupation, concierge services (drivers, transfers, restaurants/clubs, boat berths, tours, extra cars etc. etc.

When Principal is in residence there would be 8 adults, 6 children and extra security personnel     
 
Numbers in Household (Adults, Kids): The Principals are a Russian speaking couple + their parents + 2 children
       
Other household staff employed: housekeeper and security guard      
 
Live-in or Live out position (what accommodation is provided): live in
       
Salary: negotiable
