A private butler for a VIP business man in Saudi Arabia sought, responsibilities include:
Organizing reservation of various events like appointments and meetings, travel booking (accommodation, transportation and equipment needs, etc., oversee family packing, moving or any travel duties, travelling butler/PA,
You may serve as personal valet, assist in preparation of homes, yacht, aircraft, and hotels before arrival, assist and coordinate household and family security measures, responsible for guests security, comfort and well - being,
Responsible for all staff in the house and supervise households and services and organize the daily schedule for them, oversee and prepare table settings, answer residence guests calls, supervise receptions,
Assist with planning and organizing events and parties, set up meals planning menu, personal shopper: gifts, shopping list, etc, responsible for managing the household budgets,
Inventory supplies and pay bills, updating family agenda, secretarial responsibilities and time consuming administrative duties
Location: Al - Khobar, Saudi Arabia (about 1 hour drive to Bahrain)
Joining date: as soon as possible
Housing: provided (live in)
Transportation: provided
Basic Salary: negotiable (will be tax free)
Health Insurance: is covered under insurance company as per company policy
Vacation: 30 days paid at the end of contract
Air Ticket: a round trip economy class air ticket to your home country on annual basis
Bonus: up to three months of the basic salary
