Dubai Butler for a palace sought. A top post for an exceptional Butler in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role would be best suited to someone who is used to long hours and can lead a domestic staff team of  up to 20, but can also be hands on. The role may require occasional travel. 

Some of the duties are: maintain palace standards, assist in the provision of meal services, assist with organising events and the management of domestic staff, regular inventory of palace items, strong knowledge of food and beverage service and standards, health and safety, strong manger skills and care of the clothes and shoes of the principle.

The Butler should be healthy and fit (only non smokers please), as the job is very much hands on and you must be able to train and lead your team that are mainly from the Phillipines and Pakistan in order to achieve excellent work from them.The Butler will be responsible for full operation of this palace.

It is a formal butler role. Also the palace butler will be doing household errands, selecting, supervising and scheduling service contractors and suppliers, providing household security, maintaining the wine cellar, maintaining care and inventory of fine china, silver, crystal and automobiles.

You must have previous experience within a similar household and with no less than two years experience within one household. Hours will be flexible and you will be on duty six days per week.
