We are seeking a top-notch, discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to directly support our clients wife. Based in London, this role requires exacting attention to detail, proactive planning,  the ability to meet tight deadlines, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to seamlessly switch gears at a moment’s notice. You will be reporting to the chairman’s wife.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day to day administrative work at home and office.

A busy household just outside of Newmarket is looking for a flexible Couple to work in their family home, the house has busy times and quiet times due to varying entertaining schedules so they are looking for a Couple who can be flexible in their working week, including weekends.

As a Housekeeper you will be responsible for the upkeep of the house and maintain the household to a high standard, you will be responsible for cleaning, washing and ironing and simple family cooking.

As a Houseman/Butler you will be required to drive the Principals, trips to the airports and running errands, duties will also include handyman and caretaking duties aswell as helping to look after dogs.

When the Principals and families are in residence one of you should be able to act as a Butler for mainly informal occasions but also fully formal events, meet and greet and serve.
The other must be able to cook family style meals to a good standard as well as informal dinner parties for small numbers.

The family have 4 boys from 17 to 26 years who spend varying degrees of time at the home so this period can be busy, and a 3 year old who is permanently at home  – you will need to be happy to act as a Mother’s help, supervise children’s teas and assist where needed.

There is a team of Gardeners who look after the grounds, so there are no gardening duties involved, however you should be able to work effectively as part of a team and interact well with all team members who work and live on the estate.

This role will suit a Couple who work well together as a team and happily work in a busy family home and muck in where required as well as work to a slower pace as there are weeks when its quieter.
The family travel during the school holidays, it would be ideal if the Housekeeper can travel with the family for 2 weeks maximum at one time. Although this will be on an ad hoc basis.
